- We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
- All work is carried out by qualified technicians
3. Bookings
When you make a booking through our website:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- Bookings are subject to confirmation by our team
- We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time
- In the event of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible
4. Pricing

5. Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge

6. Warranty
All tyres supplied and fitted by Frosts Mobile Tyre come with:
- Manufacturer's warranty on the tyre product
- Our workmanship guarantee on fitting
- Free tyre pressure check within 7 days of fitting
7. Liability
- We carry full public liability insurance
- We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage not caused by our service
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location
- Provide a safe, level surface for tyre fitting
- Be present or have an authorised person available
- Provide vehicle keys and locking wheel nut key if required
